I cheated by looking it up, but all I could find is that it was written by Martin Page, although I don't see where he actually recorded the song.  Maybe you've seen him perform it live or something?

Never seen anyone perform it live , maybe Kids Incorporated or some other kid show performed it on tv.

I liked the show-well before they replaced like the entire cast eventually.

Martika, 2 of 3 members of Wild Orchid, Rashaan Patterson, Ryan Lambert, and Jennifer Love Hewitt came out of that show.

Yes, but none of those people make me  hold much more respect for it any more than I did at the time!

I wasn't trying to sway you LS. It was just useless information poping out of my head. LOL!

No such thing as useless information!  It's all good.

The Paul Anka song playing right now "Til the morning comes" sounds like a Chicago song.  Lady Strange, is there any connection?

I was away from my desk - I missed it.  And I don't think I'm familiar with the song.

I'm thinking Peter Cetera must be doing some pretty heavy background vocals.  One one think that would qualify as a duet though.  I was hoping you would be able to clarify for me.  I might just have to request it tomorrow.

I'll have to keep an ear out for it - You've got me curious, now.

DS,

Peter Cetera sang with him, but they didn't list it as a duet, I think on the billboard chart it said Paul Anka featuring Peter Cetera

I missed the song today, but that must be the same song I had asked about a few weeks back. It sounded like Chicago and JR looked it up for me.

Wow - totally Peter Cetera.  Yeah, this does sound more like a duet.  I don't think I've ever heard this track before.

Wow!

I'm surprised you guys never heard that! It was actually a big hit for him about two years ago. I LOVE that song.

I had requested it as part of my 30 minute exercise bike routine today. I actually REQUESTED my songs through the system so fuzzy wouldn't call me out

I wouldn't have bothered you and you know it. Now that I know, it would not be noticed. It was odd that I noticed the other day anyway. I played a little something for you today but that was probably before you got going.

Me thinks the "Jane's Getting Serious" lover is also Gary Wright's "Our Love is Alive" culprit.  Seems like those two went hand in hand the last time they were on the "Most Requested" list a few months back.

I love that Stevie Nicks song that just played, "Has anyone ever written a song about you".  That would be a big "NO" for me.

Murray Head - One Night in Bangkok

A piece of trivia- Murray Head is the brother of Anthony Stewart Head who played "Giles" on Buffy The Vampire Slayer

LOL! If you check out Anthony's bio on his webpage I think it mentions this stuff.

Thanks to whoever requested "Piss on the Wall."  What a fun song, and one I haven't heard in a while.
