Okay I get to test products out for free and have to share info with others, so I thought I would share with y'all- lucky you!


 


Anyway I got a Pledge Duster Plus in the mail last weekend and I love it. It is one of those dust grabbers, but in the handle sits a spray that you can spray on the surface or the cloth so that the dust actually sticks better. It can be used on glass- tv, frames, or wood. I love it. I used it on the celing fans and mini blinds too! Woo hoo I hate to dust, but this product actually made it much easier. Also the spray got off finger print smudges and such off the wood!

I saw that and thought about getting it, but I wondered if it was worth it. I tried the Swiffer brand dusters like that, but when I ran out I got a generic brand from the Dollar Store that I actually like better. The last time I got dusters, I think I passed on the Pledge because of the price, but now I don't remember what the price was.

It was just convenient- the spray in the duster, so I could do it with one hand and the spray stuff worked great on glass and wood!

Ugh, Pledge.

Pledge = Silicone Oil

Silicone Oil = Trouble for finishing or refinishing wood - causes "fish eye" in the finish

Only solution: "No Fisy Eye" finish additive.

Additive causes "orange peel" finish (better than fish eye).

Refinish customer blames refinisher for orange peeled finish.

No Pledge in my house.

If its not a piece of furniture that you think will ever be worth refinishing then it doesn't matter anyway. I believe Endust claims no silicone in their polish.

My son loves just mustard pretzels, but they stopped making them.


I meant to tell Web and MZ that the Pledge product is a multi surface product, so there is no oil in it, it can be used on glass too!

I just ran out this morning Woo. I do not like it as much as Bare Minerals, but it is better than any liquid foundation. I am gonna buy the Neutrogena version tonight! Now I want Dermacia- but too much!

My friend tried the Neutrogena one and didn't like it and went to Loreal. I also tried Avon's version and disliked it immediately!

I rebought their stock after it dipped and could use a nice bump up

C'mon now!  It's good enough for Sheryl Crow!

They actually have a mineral based foundation that includes an additional ingredient they uncovered in the orient called Terraphytamine.  They have exclusive rights to the mining of this product and now include it in their entire line of cosmetics.

IN FACT, they actually test their products on Zoo Keepers while the animals watch and laugh.

I have been meaning to post that I got one of those Scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaners to test out. I love it and have not cleaned my shower since I bought it. It is sparkling everyday! Easy to use too!
