This week seems like it has been forever long.  I can't wait for the weekend so I can just relax.

I agree with you Mz! Well we called our internet provider and made an appt for them to come out on Saturday to see what is going on. We got the ok to exchange the modem at the actual office. However it do not fix us. We needed a new one anyway though. We had that one for a few years now. They just don't last too long.

I gave a call about my potential job because I haven't heard anything but the hiring manager wasn't in. But the person I spoke to said that they had been very busy with one of the managers getting ready to have a baby.

Yay!!!  It's Friday in 20 minutes!!!  And a public holiday here in Australia!!  It's Australia Day...our country celebrates its birthday.  The townsfolk including me are going on a 6km walk through the town in the morning followed up by a free breakfast and festivities on the beach after!!  A big beer drinking/BBQ day.  I see my day is going to be ever so hazy!!

I always wondered if Aussies actually drank fosters or Castlemaine XXXX! I guess not then!

I suppose it's like saying all the Irish love Guinness..... oh wait a minute they do!!!

oh the irony!!!

Miller Brewery is near my house, but they brew more than their usual swill. There is a beer called Southpaw that is huge down-south I guess, but I have never seen it in a beer depot or tavern up here. and yet its brewed blocks away...

It will be a XXXX day here today!!  Especially here in Queensland...because it is brewed in this state!!  It is mighty potent stuff though.

I'm being allow "leave" for several months in relation to my indiscretions.
(just kidding) I can't believe that they are spending so much time on the Kastev story.

Hey, Jules. I've got in-laws in Sydney. Probably more a suburb area. They are a bit out there so, I don't have too much info. Only met them twice.

Squonk, Sydney is about 4000km south of here where I am in the state of New South Wales!  Usually you will find most "far-out" people come from there!   I used to live in Sydney once!
