I'm about to hit the sack I'm upset because I lost an atm/credit card and some fool racked up about $1200.....now the bank is sending me letters saying the claim is denied until I contact them to resolve this....not a nice letter to open in the evening....it ruined my night.  I really trust the banks not to screw me over for a small amount of money compared to what they rake in.  I've been a customer since 2000 and feel they want to screw me.

Oh well!!!!

Jules-JD- and anyone else who cares----
It worked out! I'm so happy- they refunded the money.  Sometimes a good nights sleep does wonders.  The start of a new day makes you feel better....in this case....much much better. I can't afford to toss away 1200 bucks!
