Best Birthday EVER? It's off to an AMAZING start!

Thank you to EVERYONE who has sent me birthday wishes over the past few days!

I was not prepared for the whole MySpace thing, and all the people that send birthday comments and emails via that.

I have to tell you, so far this is the best birthday ever!  Beating even the one when I was 12 and got a much begged for suprise party thrown for me

It started out with my family stopping by Friday afternoon.  My Mom & Erica brought over six helium balloons.  3 of them had encouraging comments like "You're not getting older you're getting wiser" and stuff, 3 of them had comments like "You're so FRIGGIN' OLD!  Why don't you just crawl in an open grave and wait to die already!".

My sister excitedly asked if I could guess which three of the balloons were from her.  I bet you all can guess

My sister also gave me a huge 3 foot by 1.5 foot card.  I got some gifts, and a big cookie

Then we headed to the casino for a seafood buffett.  Drinks at the bar with sis' and some gambling (I played for 5 hours and lost $20, not a bad day).

I've gotten some gifts from friends, cards from family, but a few forum members REALLY made this birthday something special.

First, I received another one of Woo's home-made cards.  I am SO not a card guy.  I hate em' really.  But these are something special.  It's just so nice to know someone took the time to MAKE a card for you.  THANK YOU WOO!

Then today, out of the blue, arrived something that almost made me cry tears of joy!

LADYSTRANGE, YOU, ARE, A GODDESS!  You are the Goddess of musical history and I bow before you and your vast collection of all things musical!

Ladystrange put together a DVD of Patty Smyth appearances on Letterman, Leno & a country show (five in all).

But the BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEST part is live concert footage from Tokyo circa 1987!!!!!  WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

She sent it on a blank white DVD, which gave me the opportunity to test out the new printer I bought for the online business I'm setting up.  CHECK IT OUT!

The only thing missing from this being a PERFECT birthday is a Bears superbowl loss.

But it's already the best birthday I've ever had.

Thank you guys!  I feel really bad that I'm not around much anymore, expecially now

As soon as I get this business up and running I'll be in here hanging out with you all a lot more often, I promise!
