Congrats to the Indy Colts...They were the Better team today....It was a good start for the good guy Bears, but the just stalled & could stop Manning's Offense.
Also Congrats to Riggsy for winning the Bet...I take my punishment with pride ( After I told some people about the bet, THEY offered to send you money so I wouldn't have to wear the hat..I think it was up to $95 dollars), I will not welch. Bears were still better than the Packers this year...but this year is over...Next year we all start out 0-0. Good luck Packers in '07, with FaRVE...dang it, I mean Favre... coming back next season, they should stay competitive. Plus Green & Yellow are cool colors ( I just usually like them on the Oakland A's). Pack vs. Bears NFC Championship in '07.
I'll Miss the superbowl Shuffle, & sorry to those who like it on the station that the bet turned out this way, but no worries...It'll be available to play again in time for the '07 Bears run to the Championship!
I'll win gracefully here, and just offer one bit of advice. Maybe get a better quarterback, unless you guys have reason to think Grossman is going to improve immensely. He was totally overmatched today. That 2'nd and 1 followed by a couple of 11 yard loss sacks was BRUTAL.
A Packer / Bears NFC Championship would be AWESOME! If that happens we will HAVE to schedule a get-together!
