If you're out there reading the Forum...

I would like to request a break from the following songs which are requested EVERY...  SINGLE...  DAY:

REO Speedwagon - I Can't Fight This Feeling
Jackson Browne - Lawyers In Love
Night Ranger - Goodbye
And of course, the dreaded Joe Jackson - Breaking Us In Two

I like / love each of these songs, but hearing them every day is way too much.

P.S. -   I may sometimes request a particular same artist a lot, but I at least try to choose different songs.  And if I'm guilty of over-playing a particular track, please feel free to tell me guys!

Nice job LS, let's do a press release and send it to every newspaper in the country in hopes that if the requester doesn't read the forum, he or she will read your press release.

you've got my word on the songs, I never requested any of them anyway. At least whoever the "Jane's Getting Serious" requester has been gone for a bit.

I think a few people know I'm a huge supporter of this. Any one song is alright every once in a while, but every day is too much.

And just as an exclamation point, I extended the repeat times today.

It was set for not playing the same artist for two hours, I switched it to four.

It was set to not play the same song for 8 hours, I switched it to ten.

Hopefully that'll help.

Just to clarify:

I do not hate the song!  I love the song!  I love Kevin!  I love his mushiness!  I love the band!  I'm a huge REO supporter.  The song is amazing and beautiful and makes me swoon.  But it loses something when you hear it every day.  This would be like looking at your wedding video every - freaking - day!
