Good day all. Sami's still having problems, but hopefully she's getting better. She's still not feeling well, but she's perkier than she was. Now she's just having a hard time getting around because she's still sore. We gave her some medicine this morning (pain and anti nausea), but she threw it up again. But, I gave her just the pain meds last night, which are liquid and not pill, and she kept that down fine. I also haven't been able to get her to drink anything yet.

The vet already called this morning to check up on her, and said to stop the pill and just do the pain meds, and to try giving it to her again in an hour. And if she won't drink some water, to try giving it to her in a syringe. If she throws it up again, she'll have to go back and go on the IV.

Every once in a while, we'll give the cats a can of cat food for a treat. I just found out that the stuff we give them was in fact recalled. (Jack doesn't understand why I have cat food on the desk and am not giving him any.)

The vet already ruled out the pet food recall, since Jack isn't sick, and Sami doesn't have the same symptoms. (The recalled foods are causing kidney failure, but Sami's kidneys are just fine.)

Well I got done with my extra duty today early but then ended up chit chatting in the office- so I'm not sure if I made up any time! LOL!

Yeah, I am pretty stressed out. I did finally get some sleep last night, knowing that Sami was getting some sleep too. I gave her some medicine and a bit of water an hour ago, and it's stayed down. I gave Jack some canned food (he's getting jealous of all the attention Sami's getting and is getting moody), and I put a bit on my finger and offered it to Sami. She sniffed it and seemed interested, but then gulped and turned her head away. I think she thinks everything is going to make her throw up.

Well, since ya aksed.

They were dominant in all phases of the game. Led by Ben Sheet's complete game, they showed excellent defense and tons of offense.

This is gonna be a FUN year!
