I did a secret shop over two weeks ago, the guy that waited on me is saying that he wasnt working that day. hmm The lady from the shopping company called and woke me up to make sure I was really there. Go Figure...he doesnt like my results so he claims he wasnt the one working.

We have a local cable show called the "Phantom Gourmet", this guy is a secret diner, and he then gives a grade on
Service
Cleanliness
Portion
Service
and over All Value.

He will order an appetizer, a meal, and then dessert.. the guy must be 400 lbs, and they never reveal who he is.
