Had to come to work a bit early due to hubby. However nothing was going right. I got sick and then my lights in my mirror went out. I tried changing the batteries with no luck. So we ended up not leaving as early as he had hoped. It is currently 69 out with storms coming.

Morning all! Supposed to be warm and humid here today with possible thunderstorms later this afternoon. My oldest daughter picks up her cap and gown today for graduation.....she's down to one week of school left, and is getting very excited to be out. I have another art show of her's to attend later today, then off to my youngest daughter's school to help with planning of the 8th grade graduation activities. Looks like a busy day ahead for me.

Howdy Folks,

Its a cooler day here today. Its 48 now with an expected high of 67.

The boy has a field trip to a Llama farm today, he's pretty excited about that. Then, his first T-Ball practice is this evening. I've been working with him some to help him get ready for T-Ball. He is hitting pretty well, but he still can't catch a cold.

Unless something strange happens, it should be a fairly "normal" day.

Ruby, Emily looks very pretty. aww

I hope she had a good time.

Ally, that is a requirement at dance recitals to wear makeup!! The stage lights make them looked "Washed Out", so they are to wear a bit of it to enhance their look. Kaisha had to wear make up at that age too..... it's cute if you don't over do it, or make them look like they are in a pageant.

I swear that all the years that kaisha danced, and did dance competitions, (like one every weekend for awhile there) made her hate wearing make-up, she hardly ever wears any now, just the essentials basically. A bit of blush, lip gloss and mascara!!

Not me, I can't go out the door, without applying my face every day!! LOL

Hahaha! i always hated having to wear makeup for performances (we even had to wear it for poms), even when I thought makeup was fun. The requirements are often so strict! Little E looks absolutely darling though! How cute! smile

Busy day today. My second day at work was much better than the first. Then I had to do a bunch of errands and grocery shopping after work. I even skipped a couple that I'll have to do tomorrow or next week.

I did not do make up cause I did not like the way I did it for her pix and you can't see it from far away anyway and she was ok with some lip gloss. I am trying early to get her to see make up is NOT necessary!

She did AWESOME this year- danced the whole time and made me proud and everyone in my office cried! She was TOO cute and it brings a joy like I have never experienced!
