I've never seen him up close like I do now that he's in Chicago (we can get a lot more Cubs coverage, so I get to see his post game interviews and most of the games).
He's a funny guy. Kind of dopey. Very intense and yet seems to really care about his players AND know that in the end it's just a game.
This is the first Cubs manager I've ever actually liked.
