10 - 25 year sentence and he got off with just under 9 years right?

I'm not sure if he should be locked up or not, but I'm a big fan of truth in sentencing.

That's one thing our state has done right. In Wisconsin life means life now. We also have several truth in sentencing measures to minimize people getting out early.

i wish life meant life here. That is why my hubby's cousin wasn't givin life for the murder of grandma. The judge knew he could get out early due to overcrowding or some other lame excuse.
