Good morning music fans.

I managed to sleep in until 9:40. That's pretty good for me. Normally my dog wants to go outside and won't shut up after about 8 am.

Not much planned for today. It looks like a beatiful day outside though, so I may just sit out at the picnic table, grill some brats and finish reading a book I started a while ago.

I get to go to the doctor, go visit mom at the hospital and get the air conditioning fixed in my car. Oh yeah, then i go work out with my best friend! Whew!!

hey sg you do spinning?? they have classes at my gym for that- that looks really hard-core. I know squonk likes to do that from time to time. I oughtta try!!

Hey all- spent the day cleaning and shopping. It was in the 90s and humid bleh

FF- how did it go with your mom?

My van has a $400 and won't be ready til Monday late morning problem cry

I try and do it twice a week....the nice things is each workout is different for each person based on what YOU put into it. It's a great cardio workout and classes are different, esp. with different instructors teaching...Try it twice, you'll say you'll never go back after the 1st one, but adfter the 2nd you are hooked! Also try shorter classe if possible, I do a 40 minute and a one hour class. biggrin

Sorry Ruby. I didn't see this post until late tonight. Everything is great! I talked to her tonight and she is coming home in the morning! Thanks for asking!
