Hey Web;

My BF has an assignment at the police academy to design a T-Shirt Logo, something police related.  It just has to include these words:

19th M.P.O.C.   Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority   Police Academy

Can you help? I have no idea how to design anything?

You can use animals, patches, flags, cops, badges, cuffs, etc...anything goes as long as it says the above words.

Hey, isn't this your boyfriend's assignment? ;)

Actually, it sounds like they're getting out of paying a graphic designer about $50 to do it!

Pretty much, each student either has to use the computer to design one, or draw one, but he can't draw, and I have no idea how do a logo using the computer........ so he's out of luck, unless someone here knows how to do that, and is creative and likes to do such a thing.

Step one would be to find some clip art of the sort of picture he wants to put in it. A web search would get you something, or just do a google image search. (That wouldn't give you print quality, but that's not a requirement of the assignment anyway, right?) Then if you have Publisher, you could use that to put the words around it. If not, you can use word art in Word too.

Mz knows what she's talking about.

I'm not very creative myself. no.gif

I know how to use the tools I have, but when it comes to designing something from scratch, I'm not very good at that.
