Skinny School

So in a few minutes I'm off to the 1st meeting of 20 weeks of Weigh****chers...I did it once before and I liked it a lot for changing my eating habits to be healthier. Has anybody else done this program? Any good recipes/tips?

Good luck- but on a different note- they are too funny the way the censored your thread!

But I have not ever been to WW, but I know people do well. It helps to have someone give you support and ideas/tips you might not know.

Praying for you!smile

Oh stop it Darlene, you're fabulous! biggrin
Thanks for the support Ruby! biggrin

I want to lose weight, but most of all I want to get the healthy eating habits back again. Living single and working a demanding job that calls for occasional travel makes healthy eating a challenge. What I like about this program is it is held right here at work and the meetings are tailored to talk about the challenges presented with our lifestyles and work lives (since so many of us work long, odd hours and travel).

I'll pass on the ice cream bar for now, but I still don't want to exercise....this coming for a girl 5 years ago who'd run every day outside regardless of the temp.  Until I blew my knee out and had surgery on it!

It was good! My weight was much better than I thought it would be. I got all my info and here we go! As of breakfast tomorrow I officially start the dietary regimen...it's not too hard to do, I've done it before. Thanks for asking! smile

I just run like crazy!
Yesterday, I rode to work and back on my bike (around 11 miles total) then, hit the parkway for an eight miler, running. Weights at the gym.
Mind you, this is not a "normal" day. I'm fighting off the over consumption of summer get-togethers.
I try to run 5-6 days a week, no less than 4 miles and really no more than 8 or 9.
Sometimes, I bike to work.

I love my donuts. and hamburgers!!!

GGAl,
I've been involved with WWatchers since two Januarys back... I lost 35 lbs and pretty much have kept it off.
I've been a member through the website. My menu for the week has some awesome food, just limited amounts combined with excersise.
