Morning all. Why oh why did I schedule our hair appointment for 9 am? We are heading out and then maybe to the library. The baseball game was fun last night. E got a lovie, her face painted, and got to see some great fireworks. We got to see a batter break the bat- she liked that! She was good and it was nice to hang out with our new church family. I am thinking we found a new home. smile


E is coming down with another cold so I am not sure how this weekend will go. We just had a huge downpour too- thunder woke me up.

Okay I am off- have a great............

Sounds like you had fun!

I'm up earlier than I want to be, and I'm already grumpy. I went to sleep at 2 last night, so I should've gotten at least another hour before waking up. That and just as we were going to bed last night, Brian's friend who was supposed to call before 10 at the latest so he could drop off some stuff for camping called at 1:30 instead. And although he said he'd drop it off, he made Brian go over there and get it. So Brian didn't get to sleep until 4, which means he'll wake up around noon or later, and I was hoping to leave at about 1. I'm so mad, that screws our whole plan up.

Wow, Mz, that was pretty rude of the friend. That is one of my pet peeves, someone borrowing something and then making it my job to have to figure out how to get it back when I need it. no.gif

The boy has had a good weekend. He has gotten to be home Thursday and Friday playing with his own stuff, we went to the carnival Thursday night, the movie last night and he's now watching his favorite Saturday morning cartoons. He's pretty happy.

Now, I better get busy with my own Saturday morning routine and get some files moving around.

Good mornin.

I slept later than I wanted to today.

We had a nice long rain shower this morning around 3 or 4. I bet it lasted two hours and was a pretty heavy downpour, but without thunder or lightening.

Brew Crew lost last night. I got that knot back in my stomach hmm.gif

I don't know if I'm cut out for a pennant race. The last time I watched one was in 1982 and I was just a kid. If they lost I just went outside with my friends and played. Now every loss takes a piece of my heart away hmm.gif

mornin'... I'm at Golf course today, till 3:30 and then I drive home to change into my uniform for the other Golf course I work at to bartend a wedding at 5:30! It's going to be a long day here for me.

And I need to mow my lawn tomorrow.... eck, what a weekend?!?

No man now so the whole shabang is up to me.

Sorry about the delay MZ, hope you have a great time.

Sounds like a good week Web. I am glad too about the church. We are gonna talk with the preacher in the am after church about joiningsmile I have never had Duane by my side from the get go at a church, so this is nice. He will not be an elder anytime soon. But I just want him to go and listen and spend 1 hour with us every week! Not much to ask I do not think!

Glad you have a distraction for a bit Darlene. Feel blessed that you have the yard to mowsmile

Went to the library and got some books on bugs, dogs, and pirates. Rented High School Musical from there too- love that movie- it is a 2006 version of Greasesmile Gonna go eat some lunch and watch it with E.
