I like Peerflix, it's same concept but you trade your OWN DVDs amongst yourselves... alot cheaper

i have lost a lot of DVDs by allowing my friends to borrow DVDs. people think i am being mean when i say that they can watch the movie at my house, but they can't take it with them. i'm not trying to be mean, it's just that movies aren't cheap!

Costs on an average of $1.99 per transaction, and free to join. YOu list the DVD's you own, by typing in the UPC code on the case.

I just checked the Internet Movie Data Base and they confirmed it.

You ARE the only remaining U.S. resident that has not watched this film.

Even the Amish have beat you to it, although they just watched the box because of the whole "no electricity" thing hmm.gif

back on topic for a moment,

Darlene, this sounds like a pretty neat idea. I think I'll sign up and give it a shot. I've always been leary of NetFlix or the Blockbuster one because I'm so streaky on movies.

I can go two months without watching one, and then watch 7 or 8 in one month.

But I imagine Peerflix isn't of much use when it comes to new releases right?
