I'm starting a new schedule today. Up at six everyday.
I'm not a big fan of anything that comes before nine AM, but I'm gonna give this a shot and see how it goes. The first morning has been ok, so maybe it won't be as bad as I thought.
I hope everyone has a great day. It's been raining for about 72 straight hours here! I LOVE IT!
Well, it's for a couple of reasons. The biggest is to adjust my schedule to match the lovely and vivacious Jennifer's schedule.
But I'm pumped about putting summer behind me and REALLY giving my business a major push now. I guess I kind of took the summer off, now I'm chomping at the bit to get back to work!
Also, the workout thing is a big part of it too. I'm looking forward to getting that out of the way in the mornings instead of waiting until afternoons when I have less energy.
I went to Patriots game on Friday night, in the pouring rain. It was fun though. I worked on Saturday night ( a wedding reception) I golfed yesterday, and went to the mall!! Got some great bargains, and I am stylin' this week.
the kinda sorta BF came by w/ his daughter on Saturday before I went to work, to hang out, and that's about it.....

I'm really torn this year. I love football, but OMG the Pack is gonna be HORRIBLE this year. I almost wish Favre had just retired now. It's gonna be painful to watch him suffer loss after loss this season.
JR, I thought you'd jumped on the Colts bandwagon. This will be a good year for us, but I don't think we'll get to the Superbowl again this year. But definitely into the payoffs. I'm also excited that the rugby world cup is coming up. That'll be fun to watch!
I went shopping this weekend too Darlene! I didn't get everything I needed, but I made out well. I got a couple pairs of pants (black dress slacks for $4 and some khakis for $10!), a cute beaded short sleeved shirt for $4, a pair of leather flip flops for $6, a pair of black flip flops for $0.50, and a pair of black shoes for $10. I still need to get a pair of tan shoes, but I've hit most of the stores in town and can't find anything I like. Here's a picture of the shoes I did get, but I got black instead of red:
It's hard for me to root for someone else, but I might have to try and support the Colts this year. Atleast they're AFC, that makes it a little better!
Morning all! It's still raining here today but the ground is soaking it all up so we really needed the amount that's falling.
JR, I hear you about changing your wake-up schedule. All summer, I've been waking up around 8:00, but in two weeks my youngest daughter will need to be at school by 7:30 so I need to start waking up earlier now to get used to it.
It's even harder in winter when it's still dark at 6. Right now I'm loving it though. Music blasting, working away, checking the forum every few minutes. We'll see how I feel about it once the newness wears off though
Man, will some of you send us some of your rain?! For the past couple weeks, they've forcasted a chance of thunderstorms, and last night we got clouds, but no rain. (Hm, I wonder if we have that Sting song in the library...)
It's been odd Mz, I've watched the radar all weekend and it's just a steady stream over the lower part of the state. More to come, through Thursday they say!
Those look a lot like the shoes I just replaced, though mine had a heel instead of a wedge. But when I walked down the wooden stairs at work, they made so much noise. So this time I wanted to get some that didn't click and that didn't flop, so I looked for the ankle strap. And these soles are rubber, which makes so much sense, why don't they do that on all dress shoes?
I am already tired of the rain. If I can't stay home and sleep then I don't want no part of it! The roads are already flooded. Driving in the darkness only reminds me of what is to come. I am not ready for summer to be over.
I am feeling better but am puzzled as to why my throat didn't hurt all weekend but hurts today.
I have a ton of work to do since I worked so slow last week.
