I try so hard to eat breakfast, and I always fail miserably. It seems to work out best when I have something portable, like a protein drink or a power bar.
I usually skip breakfast. I'm just not hungry when I wake up. It's weird, I can go to bed with my stomach growling and absolutely starving, but when I wake up I'm not hungry until about 11 or noon.
However, I LOVE going to a restaurant for breakfast. It's my favorite meal to go out for. So I'm always excited when I get a chance to do that.
I usually get something to eat at the cafeteria in our building. usually a biscuit and gravy or pancakes or something. I hadrdly ear breakfast on the weekends and then its usually fast food but on SUndays I do have cereal. lol
If I didn't eat breakfast, I would keel over. I don't understand how people can do that - not for me! What I eat depends on the day.
Days off - the perfect food: cereal with soy milk. Or maybe yogurt & fruit, or toast or a bagel. Something that takes a little more time/preparation.
Work days - I eat at my desk, so it would have to be quick & easy. I will usually have a Slim-Fast type of drink, or a muffin or something.

I usuallly eat 2 Weetabix or occasionally a different cereal like the Reeses peanut butter puff ball thingys of which we bought a box home. I also eat Oatmeal in winter...and while in Florida recently we sometimes did cereal in our room or we die the breakfast buffet at the Ponderosa (lol SG) and piled high the plates! Martha was gobsmacked and took great advantage. $3.99 for as much as much crap as you can eat...
