Bein a Jersey guy...I've always loved Bruce...I like this song alot....from what I've read, the album should be alot like The Rising, which was great.  Also looking forward to the tours!

really dug the rising a lot too! heck I still see that as a "new" album!wink

saw him twice on the last E-Street tour- I believe exactly 1 yr apart he came to milwaukee.

I've got his Live in NYC dvd, and will throw that on if I need to hear some kick ass music, see a kick ass performance, and get in a kick ass mood.smile

He even made some of that Born In The USA stuff that I was sooo sooo sick of ok again for me.smile

the first thing to catch me in a song is the hook, the catch, the purpose of the song, the feel. I am soo a lyrics is secondary guy. but holy freaking johosophat, springsteen, hero of the radio in the day, is morning the loss of live djs here, the djs right there discovering with you new music, the sharing of that in your evening. I cannot re-iterate how much having a live dj in a local studio here playing me jazz kept me sane through some of the toughest times of my life. If I had to work 60 hrs a week 3rd shift, well I was blaring local dj shows all night, not some frickin machine droid pumping out emptiness. the shared experience. someone there with you listening from a studio. I cannot emphasize this enough. djs have made me not lonely, djs who were able to play what they want for you want you to be happy. to do so on a non-commercial station with nobody's interest but putting a freaking smile on your face is pure!!!
