We have been in our house for three months and bought it a about 11k under market value. Today I was looking at the listings and there is an identical house three blocks away for 30K more than we paid. The basement is finished and ours isnt but thats maybe 5 or 6 thousand in work not 30. We also have added the fence and that house doesnt have one. I am thinking we made a good investment for sure now
