Hi TG, this is an indian taco.
It is  usually fry bread (a mix)
taco meat, sometimes refried beans or pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapeno peppers and black olives.

Then you top it with a little salsa and yummy!
