Happy Friday all!!  I think I'm coming down with something.....I woke up with a sore throat, coughing, stuffy nose, and a slight fever this morning.  I'm supposed to go to my daughter's band performance tonight and a band competition tomorrow.....right now I don't feel like going to either one.  Maybe I'll feel better later on.....hope so, cuz I hate to be sick.

I 2nd that! Well I never used that at the same time but I am sure it would be helpful! I know the Zicam helped me a bunch!

Orally ingested zinc, if used early, reduces the intensity and longevity of flu and old systems. I used to suck on chelsated zinc tablets - blech! So glad they have better options now!

Benadryl makes me high as a kite - I don't touch the stuff unless I'm desperate! Hope that if you pick up some Zicam or Airborne that the stuff works for you - it's always made illness a little more bearable for me. nod.gif Of course, Irish coffee helps sometimes, too. Hahaha!
