Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate?

It depends on my mood. Usually dark chocolate, but sometimes I want something a little more melty, like milk chocolate. I'm anti-white chocolate in most situations.

I like Dark Chocolate, but I also like Milk Chocolate. I LOVE White Chocolate.

I like my chocolate like I like my men- white! I have never liked chocolate that was brown. Strange I know, but that should not shock anyone!

I'm dark chocolate ALL the time. Dove chocolate is my favorite. Unless of course it's Godiva. In that case, it's ALL good. Truffles for me!!

I was noticing the other day all of my favorites originated because they were always the leftovers. When I was little, my mom would buy the Hershey mix at Christmas. The Hershey Dark were always the last ones eaten. Same goes for the black jelly beans. All of my cousins gave me theirs because they didn't like them. Now they're my faves. And lastly, banana Laffy Taffy. Again, always the last to be eaten by most which always meant more for me.

What I guess it all boils down to is that I choose quantity over quality.

Oh yeah, I also like the dark pieces of chicken over the breast, and... cheap sweet wine is MUCH better than expensive!!

I like both dark and milk chocolate. I'm not that crazy about white chocolate. When I was a kid, brown chocolate always gave me headaches, so someone told my mom I should try the white chocolate. While it stopped the headaches, it didn't taste all that good to me.....something seems kind of artificial tasting in it. So even though I know I'll get a headache from it, I'd rather eat dark or milk chocolate.

That's because white chocolate isn't technically chocolate. It comes from the plant instead of the beans.

So it must be something in the cocoa beans that causes me to get a headache then right? Either the way it's processed or quite possibly the cocoa itself?

I think it's the beans themselves. Chocolate is a common trigger for migraines. It's caused by the same chemical in chocolate that gives you a little "high" and can also make people feel like they're in love.

I voted for milk but I like all kinds. But I have to be in the mood to eat dark chocolate. It makes everything so rich!

Yeah, migraines.......that's why I really limit my chocolate intake to only a couple of times a year. cry
