Yeah, we've been selling out today.

BUT, I'm a little concerned, because it seems like they cap us at 60 listeners, EVEN if they're VIP. So we have PAYING customers being turned away! angered.gif

That's not supposed to happen!

MZ, don't send anything yet (if you're planning a ranting email to Live365).

Let me check the settings page first.

There used to be a setting to limit the amount of regular listeners you can have, I'll see if it says anything about this or if there's a similar option for VIPs now.

I'd hate to find out I have something set wrong.

Too late, the smack has been layeth down.

But I checked first, it does say that VIP should never get station full messages. I quoted that back to them in my message.

Thank you for writing to Live365. If you are receiving issues with a specific station, it is possible that the station might be experiencing some technical difficulties of their own. You can contact the broadcaster of the station and let them know of this issue, so they can contact us for some technical support.

 

If you're still having problems listening to Live365.com with your VIP status, try deleting the cookies and temporary internet files from your browser. You can do this on Internet Explorer by going to Tools->Internet Options and clicking on the "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" buttons. Once you've done this, log back into your Live365 account.

 

Also, please make sure that the cookies are enabled on your browser. You can check this by going back to Tools->Internet Options and clicking on the "Privacy" tab. You'll want to make sure that the slider setting is set at its lowest level, "Accept All Cookies".
