The sweet sound of thunder has awoken me. A soft gentle rain is a gift right now to our dry dry dry Tennessee. Oh... who do I think I am, enough of the fluff, on to other stuff. Time to start the coffee, hop in the shower, and earn my pay. Hope all of you have a great day!!

I almost gagged when I saw that fluff LOLsmile.gif 

We had the rain and thunder on Tuesday and it was a doozy. Woke me up at 330 in the morning and scared the cats half to death.

Like TG I am off to work yay.  Its almost over and FRIDAY will be here soon.

Morning everyone.  I'm tired today but that's my own fault because I stayed up too late last night reading.......I finished the last Harry Potter book.  What a great book!!  It was worth losing some sleep over.  smile

Somehow they got the schedule screwed up at work, and it's my day to go into work later.  This is the third time this month....supposed to be only twice a month.  Oh well, it gives me a little more time to wake up before heading off to work.

Good day all! I'm usually the first one in the office and have the office to myself for a while in the mornings, but that isn't the case today. People are trying to talk to me before I've consumed coffee.

Today we have a promo fair at IU, so I'll be out most of the day. I'll check in when I get back!

I just got home from work!  Tis 11.10pm here Thursday...Friday around the corner now!  Nothing for me to get excited about!  I found out tonight that I've been rostered on everyday until next Wednesday!  NOOOOOO!!!!  My Monday/Tuesday weekend has been taken from me next week!  cry  Had a couple of staff members who couldn't hack Weipa leave after only a month so they had to throw me in to do the extra shifts!  Crap!  I suppose my life can't be all fun and games! 

Anyway hope you all have the most wonderful day!  smile

Good Thursday, everyone. I just hate when people talk to me before coffee. It's hard to understand what they are saying, so I just smile and nod. Coffee was made but the burner wasn't turned on so it cold coffee.

Can't think of anything too clever.
I think my spouse is pissed at me. Not so angry as puzzled. When she came home last night she found me upstairs ripping the carpet out of my "art room"
Her and I have talked about it... I guess she wasn't ready. Hmm.
I've got plans. The floor is junk, old attic storage room converted. A little paint with a cool pattern... and I'm good to go! Art production, jazz and drinking will be down for a couple of days. Well, jazz & drink might remain during the reconstruction period.

Good Morning. Yesterday I took little A to PetSmart for the first time, she loved it there. We looked at the fish first and she wanted one....I said ok but lets shop first then get a fish. She yelled at the lady working "lady get it fish...take it home" I wanted to crawl in the fish tanks with the fist. no.gif Needless to say we had to have a talk about how you ask for things right in the middle of the store. Her next was "I sorry lady, pweese get it fish....allison take it home"





I will be writing my new book....Life with a two year old....really soon. laughing.gif

JD....all fish are named from the movie Finding Nemo......we already had Nemo and Nemo's dad now we have Dori and Bruce.
