Yay A new concert venue in Milwaukee!


Actually its quite old- our Turner Hall has reopened the refurbished ballroom! I just heard about it today....this is where I used to do gymnastics when I was a kid- haven't been there since the 1970s, although the fish fry is supposed to be among the best in milwaukee....

but anyways, here is a list of acts coming soon! they aren't messin around!

Cool....we also just got a new arena in town, built on the campus of the University of Central Florida....it seats 10,000 which was a market we were missing.....So far:

Reba McEntire
Brooks & Dunn / Alan Jackson
Bill Cosby
Carlos Mencia
Fall Out Boy / Plain White T's & more
and most recently Elton John

It'll be nice to see Elton in a smaller venue (less than 16-20,000 seats)!

I googled it and a pic came up along with some history on it.  I love when they refurbish old places like this and make them shine as they once did back in their glory days!!  smile

Yep, my brother was bitchin' because he couldn't get an interview with them. Next thing he knows, a press release minus the business journal. Great acts. TMBG? sounds like a date with the wife. maybe bring the kid?smile.gif
