Hello everyone. I am still trying to recover from my incident of stupidity last night. I had placed my cell phone in its clip on my side when I went to go get in my car. Apparently, it fell off my side and I then proceeded to back over it with my car. The clip kept it from being crushed to death, but now I get no signal from it. The Sprint guy says he thinks that it shook the antenna loose on the inside. Seriously, what are the odds of running over your cell phone with a car!?hmm

Howdy Folks,

Ouch, sorry about your phone FF. I friend of mine ran over one once, but he did it on purpose. He was wanting a new phone but was still under contract so he couldn't get a good deal. The rep told him that since he had the insurance, if the one he had were to break, he could get a new one on the insurance. So, he went out, backed over it and took it back in . . . "My phone is broken". They gave him a new one.

Right now, I'm watching backup files move from Phoenix to New York. I'm not sure what the plan for the rest of today is.

Yesterday, we worked at mom-in-law's house. She has a 1950 fridge and it was quite frosted up so we had to defrost that and we got all the canned and boxed goods out of the house.

One thing at a time.

hello all- went out for pizza last night at Fillipoes- good place- that's where riggs and I would order pizza from on sunday nights. their antipasto salad and italian style garlic bread rocks too.smile

today, there's a free health fair might end up going to, then off to the farmers market for apples and apple cider. I believe a bunch of us are gonna hit a haunted house or 2 tonight.

Thanks Web. I can promise ya I didn't do it on purpose. I have another RAZR phone here at home that I can use in place of that one for a while. I also have Skype so I haven't lost touch with anyone. I just hope that it isn't expensive to fix this one.

One birthday party down, one to go. My sinuses are reeking havoc on me too. Gonna lay down for a bit. Sunny and windy here too. We never even got any rain. We are in a serious droughthmm

We are in a serious drought too Ruby. We got 2 inches of rain yesterday, but the weatherman said we would need to get 34 inches of rain in the next 30 days to bring us out of itweirdface

the health fair was a good one. I got a lot of cool little free stuff- a nice pedometer, a first aid kit, a bunch of pens, a book on healthy eating, a glasses repair kit, a stress ball etc etc...

also found out I have 20/20 vision in my right eye and 20/16 in my leftsmile. I am shocked. I woulda so thought I'd be a candidate for glasses. I guess not. THe difference between 20/20 and 20/16 is pretty dramatic. What I couldn't make out with my right eye, my left eye saw with no problem.

Obviously, you don't spend too much time with yourself.... vision is still good. (not blind yet!)

I am guessing that was only distance? I bet as much time as you spend on a computer and lets face it your getting old wink.gif you might need reading glasses.
