It's Friday 6.05pm here right now and I am at work...almost finished and then heading off to the pub for a game of pool and a get together with a friend. Working all weekend so nothing for me to jump up and down about but am going sailing right over the tip of queensland to Thursday Island next week! Going to be beautiful! Cannot wait! Somewhere I haven't been before again!

So far not a good day. Today is my wedding anniversary but it has not started out well. I realized that I had not finished the card for my hubby and while he was in the shower I was running around trying to do that. This cut into my get ready time which of course sparked my hair to defy me. We get on the road and are stopped by a coworker at a gas station who informs us that the train has been stopped for over an hour. My sis calls and tells us that she talked to the village and the train has mechanical problems and will be there for awhile and how to get around it. It then proceeded to start pouring rain. We were supposed to be at work at 8:15 did not get here until 8:45. My husband is a presenter at the work inservice today and got no time to prepare other than last night. I only have to go for a short time later in case they have any questions about paperwork, but I doubt that there will be time because of the train delay for many or our employees. I also checked my email and some things that were supposed to go through last night did not go until this morning. I am just not happy today.
Later we are supposed to go to Olive Garden since I earned a gift card for there through My Points. Oh and my husband told me last night that he is seriously considering getting a 2nd job again. The money situation is not getting any better. He was hoping that he would get a raise but he has a feeling that they will just screw him again.

I wish we could. We can't afford anything. Nothing really around us that doesn't cost money. Anything that would be outside will be nixed due to predicted rain all weekend. But dinner should be nice. We have been wanting to go there for awhile now. It's about a once or twice a year treat for us.
PS- We are having crappy internet again. I have lost it 3 times now. If we do lose it there is no one available due to the inservice to fix it. *sigh*

Sometimes we just drive to the next town over, and walk through the woods or play in the park or something. Nothing that really costs money, but it's nice to just spend some time together doing practically nothing. Granted, you can't do that while it's raining, but it's something to consider when the weather clears up.
Sorry to hear it's been a rough day Woo. I know it's hard to bear up under tight finances...it just doesn't feel like you have room to breathe. When little annoyances pile up like they did today for you, it can sour the day. But all of that aside,
