Fantastic LS!

Have you ever sold any of your photo's to magazines or anything like that? Those really do look as good as any I've ever seen!

Wow, those look awesome! What type of camera are you using?

Granted, I haven't tried it on a big stage, but my little point and shoot camera is terrible at getting pictures where there are lighting differences, like at a show. I'm thinking about getting a new camera, but I really won't know if it works in those types of situations without actually buying it and trying it out.

I haven't sold any - I'm just getting the hang of doing things the correct way. (Always taken tons of photos at shows, but with regular cameras.) They are posted on a hardrock website. My husband does the concert reviews (along with album reviews and interviews), but we don't get paid. We do get free concert tickets, though. smile.gif

Thanks MZ! These were taken with a Nikon D80 digital camera. I borrowed my friend's Nikon for a few concerts to get the hang of it. I also took a 5 week photography course, but still have a lot to learn!

Whew! Maybe I'm not looking for *that* good of a camera, unless I somehow acquired a bit of money. I'm sure I could use a photography course too.

Great pictures.....in addition to having a good camera, you also need to be close...here is a picture I took last week in Orlando of Adam Levine from Maroon 5...I was 5 feet from him with my point and shoot!

Oh well I can't figure out how to put the picture on here....

this is the same camera we're getting my daughter for her graduation gift. her major is fine art with a minor in photography.

Great Pics. my gigpictures are usually of someone semi famous looking very tiny and distant...occasionally recognizeable.... I took some on my phone at Friday's Proclaimers Gig...waste of time really - but I enjoyed the gig!smile

DIO is shorter. I've met them both, and have pictures of me with both. If you look at them, Klaus came up to above my shoulders and DIO barely cleared my chest! laughing.gif
