It's Sunday

Good morning people!  Well, we didn't get the 10 inches of snow last night that was predicted for us but there's a good 6 inches on the ground in my neighborhood, along with a 1/2 inch of ice on top.  Now it's time to go out and clean off the cars along with snowblowing and shoveling.  Yuck!!

How did the rest of you fare?  Hope everyone still has power......I know some of you were supposed to get a heavy ice accumulation.

Anyway, happy snowy Sunday all!!  hmmsmile

No snow here. We've got a bit of rain, but it's 53 degrees, so it's just rain. We're not supposed to get much more than that until maybe Tuesday night.

Howdy.

We got the ice, but it didn't build up on the power lines and trees like usual. It did build up on the roads, but not everything else. Its supposed to get up to 36 today and the sun is shining bright so some melting will happen.

We had church today, but we didn't have praise team because five out of eight of us were not here or else not able to make it to town. So, I was at church at 7:15am but then came back home and slept for a while before going back.

I only got two hrs of sleep last night. I've got some things bugging me that were keeping me from getting to sleep. It was after 2:30am when I finally got to sleep. At 4:30am, the boy was standing in the middle of his room and threw up. After I got that cleaned up, I was too awake to get back to sleep so I gave up at 6:00 and just got up.

I don't know what the deal with him was. He's not sick, he said he got a drink of water and was feeling like he was choking when he threw up.

Thats my day so far, we'll see where it goes from here.

oh hello.smile.gif
we got maybe four or five inches last night I am guessing. THe side streets were an absolute mess. Then I had to go dig out this morning and it was really heavy and frozen. Last night when I was out and about, the snow turned to sleet and it really hurt being whipped into my face. Luckily nothing hit my eyeballs.smile.gif

I am excited, my buddy mot and I are going to play racket ball really soon, or as we call it KILL BAUL!!!! its been over a year since we last played, so it will be fun. We are going to the Ballys downtown- I don't think I was ever at that one before, but tom likes it enough.

There is a closer one to my house, but we both agree their are too too many mullet-heads there. because its in west allis, where riggs lives.smile.gif

If I don't get killed at kill baul, I'll be here tonight playin the music. I hope you can join me.smile.gif

Beer show at Vnuk's was light weight. Not too sure if it was worth the drive. Cool stuff, just not what I'm lookin' for (cheap stuff! that's what I want)wink.gif
