I think I had too much to dream last night.  I can only remember bits and peices, but it was some crazy stuff and not entirely pleasant.  I'm not sure I slept that well.

Howdy Folks.

Because of the ice that is still hanging around, school has a 10:00am start. So, I get to hang around the house a little extra today. The boy is up and watching cartoons.

Yesterday afternoon, I finished the cookbook quest. I won an auction of the last one I needed to complete the series. Now, as long as everyone actually sends the books I won, I'll be in good shape. Christmas should be interesting. I'm not sure if Mrs Web will be like: "Oh, you got the entire set? Wow! That is so cool!". Or, she'll be like: "OMG, I asked for ONE more cookbook, not 13 of them! What am I going to do with all those?".

Its supposed to warm up a little here today. Its 28 now with a high of 54. That should melt more of this ice stuff.

I've never heard a woman complain of too many cookbooks. I think she'll love it.

Speaking of, I got Brian's Christmas present in the mail on Friday. I stuck it in the trunk so I could hide it at work, and just got to look at it today. It is so cool, he is going to love it!

Monday is off to a great start......after a weekend that saw UCF win the Conference USA Championship (great game by the way!) and get an invitation to the Liberty Bowl in Memphis....my wife and I are gonna go, so I'm looking for some Memphis havetas (haveta vist or eat at). We'll be there for two 1/2 days which includes the game.....THANKS!!!!!

good morning! happy to report a sunny 28 right now and looking forward to a sunny 55. sorry for all y'all that got pounded with snow... last year at this time, most of oklahoma was hit with 6"-10" of snow... looks like we will hang on to one more week of 50's - 60's.

the tidal wave of paperwork has hit my desk, so i will be mostly lurking around, but always listening...

Just stopping by to tell you I am at work but not for long. I have to go to the doctors. I have been up all night couging. But of course they couldn't get me in until the middle of the day. hmm
then I get to my desk and the cleaning person reaaranged everything! So I am spending what little time before my appt putting things back.furious

ok I'm back. I got my typical Bronchitis. They did not give me a breathing treatment this time and I did not stop to pick up my scripts. I of course was not wheezing when I was there but had been all night and first thing this morning. I would not of got my "fun cough syrup" if I had not played dumb and asked if the antibiotic was gonna help me sleep at night. wink Hello codeine!

I did not have who I normally see so I had to kinda guide them in the right direction. "No, Zithromax no longer works for me."

Now I must try to get the rest of the data entered for this weeks payroll. hmm

Woo, next time you are at the Dr., ask for a pneumonia shot. I used to get Bronchitis multiple times every year. As suggested by someone else, I got a pneumonia shot and have not had Bronchitis since . . . and that was like 5 years ago.

Happy Monday all!  I had an interesting day.  Got up this morning, husband's truck wouldn't start, so I had to take youngest daughter to school and drop husband off at work.  Then I get home, and oldest daughter's car wouldn't start.....had to take her out to the college, then get myself to work.  Lunch time rolls around, I have to go pick up oldest daughter from school and take her to work.  After I got out of work, I had to pick up youngest daughter from school, then pick up my husband from work.  Now I'm waiting for my oldest girl to get out of work......yep, have to pick her up.

Man, I'm tired of driving today!!  And I'm hoping my husband gets his truck and my daughter's car running because I don't want to have to do this again tomorrow!!  hmmcry

Woo, I hope you get well soon.  I hate the funny cough syrup......makes my head feel all weirded out.  But then, I feel like that most of the time anyway. wink
