Good morning folks! I see Thumper briefed y'all on the Tulsa Metro weather smile.gif

Last couple days have been pretty hectic for me, but I think I can come up for breath now. I took Maranda to the doctor on Tuesday, and he gave her five weeks worth samples of Effexor to hopefully get the chemicals in her brain leveled out. If by four weeks its working well, hell write a prescription for her. Thats that in a nutshell
Also, she is NOT withdrawing from classes (YAY!). Oh, and to brag a little she entered three pieces (photographs) in a juried art show a few months ago. Two were chosen to exhibit and both sold! Just to have your pieces chosen is an honor! To actually have someone you don't know think your work is worthy of purchasing... well, I think that's the icing on the cake! biggrin.gif

At work, we recently found out that the huge (multi-million $$) job were supposed to begin next week is tentatively canceled because although the plant accepted the contract terms, the UAWA did not. Hopefully a new agreement can be reached. Otherwise, many people and small businesses will be hurt financially That is about all I can say about that right now hmm.gif

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers for Maranda. It really means a lot to me and I am very grateful to have a circle of friends who care about each others day-to-day and trials and tribulations.

Do you all remember Sparky talking about the cats looking at him like it would be the last? Well after this morning...I think they might be right! I got woke up early by little A (on my day off) and I got up, got her milk then looked out the window to see all the neighbors garbage cans outside. Notice I said the neighbors...not ours?? get my drift?? Yeah its 7AM, its freezeing cold outside 3 to be exact...and I am out in my red sweats and a green shirt no bra(remember the ginormous conversations)and have to say hello to the guy next door. I bet I made a good impression this morning. angered.gif So YES he may just dissapear today.

The last time he forgot to take out the trash he came home with dinner from a pretty nice restraunt and cheesecake. That was in the summertime, it was like 70 outside that day...I wonder what this one is worth...I am alot more annoyed this time. nod.gif

I just got to work! I have been dragged all around today by my husband. He had to go change a flat tire about 20 min away, then we had to stop at 2 of our workshops before I could get to my desk. Around work, my husband is a celebrity to the consumers. There are no quick stops!

We have a possible 6-10 inches of snow coming our way. The alert is from 7pm to 7pm. We may be closed tomorrow. So in anticipation we are handing out paychecks today. If we do get this so snow, I pray we don't lose power. My husband went shopping last night so we don't HAVE to go anywhere. There are plenty of things to do at home as long as we have power.

We stopped to get hot chocolate at Krispy Creme but that machine was broke so we had large coffees. I am a bit wired.
