Good day all.

Not a whole lot going on today *knock on wood*.  I'm leaving early tomorrow afternoon to get up to my Mom's before the roads get too bad.   So I hope I can get everything at work caught up before I leave.

Here. Got me a cappuccino today. Fell asleep early last night after having some wine, but am still really tired. i need to get motivated to make some cards. There are a bunch of birthdays in March for me. My husband's is the 1st. Sat is right around the corner. That is all.

I am here, will come bcak. Leaving early today-gonna look into pulling the boy out of public school and into a military or similar school. Braces come off tomorrow, so I'll be real late.

i'm here... sorta... tulsa metro weather -- spring like today and tomorrow in the low 60's.

last night i dreamt of jr... well not really him, but i was talking to him on the cell phone. i was on my way to a lake in the mountains, so i kept losing the signal. but he was telling me that he took a side road to save on mileage and he was lost. i pulled out a map, but it was to disney world. weirdface.gif

ruby, i really do know what you are going through. our lives seem to run very parallel. maybe it will comfort you to know that we're going through this together...

tomorrow jakes get's his cast off and it is my turn to go to the school...

He's quite a ways away from you in Vermont.

The part that is bugging me, is that really I did the right thing as far as the outcome. This guys is just upset over the process.

A person called trying to upload their website to fix some errors. He didn't have the right password. I verified several things on the person like caller ID, (he was calling from the same town) he knew the account username, I checked out the error he was trying to fix (which checked out to be real), and then reset the password for him. I watched as he uploaded files and that he did indeed repair the bad files so I assumed all was ok.

Today, the person in charge of the ministry set me a notice that I shouldn't have helped this person. He did admit that the person was a ministry employee and he does do the web site work, but stated that me changing the password for him: "This is a serious security issue and a breech of integrity."

Ok, so I helped your employee fix your website, I'm sorry.

I replied and explained everything that I checked out on the caller before and after changing the password. I apologized for for what happened and that I made a note on his account to not help anyone with their account other than him. I haven't heard back from him.

He either just assumes that I will give anyone and everyone who calls access to an account, or he's just a control freak and is upset that the employee was able to make something happen that didn't get ran through him first.

Ok, I give up. I called the Dr. and got an appointment for 2:30. I just can't shake this cough and its gotten worse again over the last two days. It feels like Bronchitis now. If thats the case, I'm going to ask them if I can get another Pneumonia shot as I haven't had Bronchitis since I got that shot I'm guessing about 8 years ago.

Wow...Web, I hope the doctor can help you get better. This has been a lingering illness for you for way too long! cry I hope it isn't bronchitis or pneumonia.

Got some antibiotics. They think its bronchitis too . . . thats better than pneumonia.

They looked up my records and its only been four years since I got the pneumonia shot and I can't have another one until its been 10 years. This is the first time I've gotten bronchitis since getting that shot and before that I was getting it 3-4 times a year.

My pharmacist said to get started on the antibiotics right away now and another at supper time and take them with food . . . so I got a package of "Whoppers" at the drug store for now. biggrin.gif
