I got my freedom back!

Last night I finally went and got my new car! clap.gif It's taken about a month to get all the insurance stuff cleared up and to feel well enough to drive, so it was weird to be behind the wheel again. Now I have my sassy new Yaris and I'm back on the road. Yay!

Yep, that's the model and color I bought. I think it is called Blue Pearl. Now I need to come up with a new name for my car for good luck, Apparently Roxanne wasn't such a good choice for my last one, cuz she didn't live long. no.gif

I agree, pretty blue!

I haven't figured out a name for my new car yet either. I was thinking of Kenny, as in Kenny Bernstein, the drag racer, but then I thought of South Park and figured that would be jinxing it.

But I'm still coming up blank for a silver Pontiac Grand Am.

Maybe that's my problem.  I've always named my cars with boy or non-gender names.  Maybe this car is a girl.

Someone used to tell me that cars and ships were girls and the proof was that they had to be treated like ladies or they would act up on you. My  cars were always ladies! laughing.gif

I think that goes for planes too G, In WWII they would name their planes the Flying Betty or something like that. I think they still do it today?

I don't ever remember seeing a plane called the Flying Ralph or Irving. laughing.gif
