Just ate a turkey burger with tomato on wheat bread, it is only 54, supposed to be 70?? I am wearing purple suit with my high heel black boots.

I will be eating a lean cuisine, although I haven't settled on which one yet.  Perhaps angel hair pasta with shrimp.

It's about 30 and sunny out.  The start of a week in the 40's which should be great (I love 40's and 50's).

I'm tennis shoes, which I never do, but I think the support is helping my leg feel better.  Black sweat pants and a purple knit shirt.  A UNC fleece jacket and a UNC cap (not sure why).

Have you tried the Spa line of lean cuisine? The box top is blue. They only use whole grains... I have swore off all white carbs and my weight has really maintained and my energy is through the roof! You really do feel fuller longer.

I will having a parmesan pasta sausage and veggie thing I whipped together.
it is 33 degrees out.
I have on jeans and a red polo with blue stripes.

Mac n cheese. Again. I'm sick of mac n cheese, but it's quick to grab when I'm running late in the morning. But now I'm out, so I'll be forced to make myself a sammich tomorrow.

It's sunny and 34 out, but the Real Feel is 46. It looks beautiful. It's supposed to get to 48 today, and 54 tomorrow. Maybe spring has come! I can't wait to start walking to the Y again.

I'm in all black today: black shoes, black socks, black pants, black shirt, black underwear even. Instead of a coat, I wore a purple and black fleece pullover. It was kind of chilly for this morning, but I think it'll be good when I leave.

 I didn't do it on purpose, but yes, I think I bought the spa line.  I noticed the box said only whole grains were used. 


I had the salmon with rice, spinach and veggies and was amazed at how tasty it was.  Only 220 calories and 6 grams of fat!

But I wound up changing course and having Chunky Soup for lunch today, the Chicken and Dumplings.  I had eated Lean Cuisine twice a day for almost a week because it was easy to make when I didn't feel like getting up to make anything, so I was needing a change for todays lunch smile.gif

nothing special- a frozen entree- cheese manicotti, a piece of red velvet cake

sorta cloudy and 32 out. It says we are going to have a high of 40

blue jeans, blk boots (so ready to be done with these!) yellow butterfly tee and a button down jean shirt

Lunch: Chipotle roast with potatoes, Diet Coke, apple
Weather: cold and a little gloomy but at least it's not snowing!
Attire: Harley shirt, jeans, Harley mules
