G'morning Freeze-Framers.

Gee, looking at the forum numbers and the listener numbers, we seem to have fewer and fewer Freeze-Framers everyday. It seems like even a lot of the owners don't tune in anymore

Hopefully it's just a rough patch and people are too busy to listen.

I'm feeling a lot better today. Yesterday I really pushed myself to clean a room in the house, go downstairs and do a couple loads of laundry, etc. I think it helped. I was exhausted but today I woke up feeling much more energetic than I have in a while. I'll continue to push myself today. Another room to thoroughly clean, some more laundry, etc. Tomorrow I think I'll be ready to try and make it through a food store and get some supplies in this place

The leg still hurts like hell, but I've noticed it hurts the worst after I've been sitting and then the pain subsides a bit after I've been moving around. So at this point I'm thinking the best thing for it is to just work through the pain.

Oh, I have to let them know by Friday if I'm taking the apartment I was approved for in NC! I'm pretty sure I am at this point though.

I've learned my lesson about the need to take breaks during a long drive!

Plus I'll actually be making two maybe even three drives throughout the summer, so I'm sure one of them we can meet up for some grub or brews or both :)

I have to give notice no later than the 15'th to my landlady (60 days) and I have to submit my deposit to the place in NC no later than the 20'th.

Once those two things are done I would leave Milwaukee on May 14'th and move into my new place on May 15'th.

In the meantime I'd be selling most of my furniture, appliances and everything else.

My cousin is moving from his rented house to his own condo around the same time, so we're planning a massive rummage sale of odds and ends. Like rather than move my microwave, etc I'll just but a new one when I get there.

I expect to go down with just a van load or two and essentially start over.

The prayers are appreciated more than you know.

It's a scary move. I really do feel like I'm starting from scratch at age 40. That's scary.

But I love Jennifer and Anna. The area is beautiful. The apartment is amazing (it's not like most apartments here where you have a community hallway and stuff). Private front and back entrance, secluded back deck, not a lot of neighbors. I think I'll wind up loving it there.

I sure won't miss the Wisconsin winters, that's for sure.

Congratss Riggs! I know it's scary to make this kind of move, but at the same time the opportunities and experiences are so exciting! And then you have Jennifer and Anna waiting there to welcome you with smiling faces and open arms! How cool!
