I am actually on vacation this week sort of. I took off Wednesday;Thursday and Friday to help my mother finally clean her garage.

I am so ready for the weekend too. Still busy here. But right now I have the office to myself, and the phone's not ringing off the hook yet (I hope I didn't jinx myself), so I'm getting stuff done. I really hope people (in and out of office) leave me alone today so I can get caught up.

Am I the only one off tomorrow? I am going to take the boy to get his permit, see Horton hears a Who and either hit the bowling alley (though E might be too little) or the Aquarium has a new exhibit. Tomorrow I need mom and kids time...

Have a great. Working late and going to the viewing for my coworker's dad tonight. I live too far and would have to take E to the funeral tomorrow.

Howdy.

The boy gets off school early (2:00pm) today then he's off Friday and Monday too. So, I guess that means I'll be home with him for a few days, but I am never really "off" work, just working from home rather than the office.

Its going to be another 60 degree day here - yay!

The weekend officially started for me about 4 hours ago....I don't have to work tomorrow and am soooo glad for a three day weekend!!

I was hoping to get up to our cottage over the weekend, but my brother called tonight and asked if he could come down to stay with us since he has the weekend off from work. I think he's lonely and is missing his kids, so I said sure, come on down. He's divorced and his kids live with their mom in Maryland so he doesn't get to see them much. My girls are kind of like "surrogate" kids for him. Looks like I'll have an extra pair of hands helping to make runza tomorrow!! biggrin

Oh wait, that's another mouth that will be eating them too. hmm
