I'm zeroing in on the problem.

We're on the air at a very low 32k. It's all I can do for now. I'm working on a fix.

I switched from Real Player to Windows Media Player and so far so goodsmile

Ok.  This stream runs better, but still skips occassionally.

I'm now, after consulting with our IT Department (WebGuy), 99% sure this is a Time Warner problem we'll just have to wait out.

I'll leave the 32k stream running for anyone who wants to suffer through it.  Hopefully at some point it'll all get better.

This HAS happened before, but usually only for a few hours, not a whole day.
