Oh BOy Phlegm Lady just walked in. Just me and her in the office and she's already starting.

G'morning everyone.  It's raining here today too....supposed to be an all day one, then change over to an inch of wet snow slop later this evening.  After all the rain we got yesterday and last night, my backyard is now a swimming pool! My Labrador Retriever is having a great time out there in all the water....I think she's waiting for ducks to land in it. 

We're having problems with our telephone.  Yesterday we never got an incoming call.  My daughter talked to some of her friends last night, and they said they've tried calling but as soon as the phone begins to ring, something or someone is picking it up, then the line goes dead.  I tried calling our number from my cell phone a few times last night, and they're right!!  As soon as I heard it ring on my cell, I could hear someone/something pick up the call.  I said "hello" a few times, then it sounds like someone hanging up.  I can make calls out on the line, but if any calls come in, it's not ringing into the house.  Really weird!!  I'm going to call the phone company from my cell today and see if they can find out what's wrong.

JD, sorry you have to work and that phlegm lady is there.  Sounds like a good excuse to crank up the volume in your headphones!!

Hi Web!!  Happy Saturday to you also!    I was just looking at Ruby's "Guess the song by picture" thread, and wow, I'm not very good at that, haha. 

Good morning all, since it's crappy outside (overcast, breezy 44 degrees) we are painting the bedroom. If we don't do it this weekend it will have to wait until June. No soccer this weekend but Morgan has games from next weekend through the middle of June. Plus I'm at the track on the weekends all May.

The only thing I need is a TV close by to check on the Masters. So I'm leaving in a few minutes to get paint and supplies and have fun.

We're still covered with snow but its melting. Its supposed to be 45 today, 55 tomorrow and in the 70's by midweek.

Spring is almost here!

Just got home from the half marathon. Wind off the lake must have been coming in at 30 MPH. My core temp dropped below normal for a second (I think) Constant rain, mud, puddles... I mean small ponds across the path. Total time: 1hr 41min. That's something like 7min. 50sec per mile. Good enough.
I went to a play at my old high school last night. Amazing. They did Wizard of Oz. Flying monkeys, witches etc.
JD, sorry to hear you're working. Seek help. I did. I could never (and don't really wish to) face those mondo binder jobs alone. I've done about 250 in the past week or so.

Made it into the Saturday thread though as per usual no one is around! Sunday morning here, it's really early and I am at work though I wish I was in bed snuggled up. I don't like this morning sickness thing! But I'm getting through it!

Ended up going fishing last night and caught me a nice big King Salmon which is going to be dinner today. We caught 17 fish last night so later on we are going to have a beach hungy (oh and if you do not know what a hungy is it is a way of cooking food underground. It is so yummy!

I'm done with tax season!!!!!!!!

Right now I'm doing laundry. I did laundry and grocery shopping while Brian went to a party. It's not as bad as it sounds, I wasn't all that interested in going to the party, and I got me a pair of jeans, a pair of capris, and a pair of sunglasses at Plato's Closet while I was out.
