Lunch, Weather, Coffee Cup

We have another lunch meeting today so I am having a salmon burger and slaw from Fuddruckers, it looks sunny and 50ish outside.

I prefer a styrophome cup vs a real ceramic cup to drink my coffee in.

Gonna have some left-over Rice-A-Roni Shrimp Fried Rice and a piece of Garlic Bread.

It's 59 and sunny right now.

I use an insulated Potowatami Casino car mug. I drink my coffee kind of slow and it keeps it from cooling off too much. Plus I like the sippy cup style top in case I knock it over. smile.gif

Are you joking?  Aside from the obvious ecological reasons not to use a styrphome cup...
I've never known anyone who prefers them.  They taste weird, and feel weird on your mouth.

Are you just one of those people who don't want to be bothered doing dishes?

No, I just know how they do dishes around here and I'm not too keen about the lipstick on the side of the cup thing. Also, I don't think they are real styrophome, we were ranked the Greenest company for 2007 ya know. smile.gif

We had Chinese last night so my lunch will be left over beef and mushroom.

Its 40 and light rain.

I rarely drink coffee so I don't have a preferred cup. Here at the office, I keep some pop and bottled water in the fridge.

It's slim pickens at my house so I am having tomato soap and crackers. I also have an orange and an apple that I keep forgetting to eat.

it says it's 58 right now and we are headed to 70! It's sunny right now but I think I heard something about rain later on.

I don't drink much coffee so if I do it is usually from the gas station in a to go cup. But I do have my FFR coffee mug sitting proudly on my desk. smile

I use my FFR mug as a temporary hot chocolate holder in the winter.

You aren't responsible for washing your own dishes at your job?

Lunch is kind of a hodge podge, some Amish Farmer's Cheese, some Pane Bello bread, a fruit cup, and some turkey jerky.

Weather: Fricken Beautiful. 68 and mostly sunny.

I usually drink tea at work out of my Freeze Frame mug. But my coffee usually comes in a paper Starbucks cup or a paper co-op cup. The rare times I have coffee at home, I have a clear glass cup.

No we usually make the women do it, they aren't good for much of anything else anyways.

Lunch was a Zesty Chicken bowl from Taco Bell.

It's 70 and sunny.

My coffee cup is an English bone china cup my grandma bought for me just before she passed away.  I've been using it for quite a few years now and have been really lucky that I haven't chipped it yet.

We don't have a Taco Bell in our town.

For restaurant options, we have:

Tumbleweed Cafe: The biggest "homestyle" cafe.
City Cafe: Down town breakfast and lunch only.
Huckleberry's Hideout: Steakhouse & Bar with bad service
The Lobby - Over-priced restaurant, Motel, and bar
China Garden: Chinese buffet
Pizza Hut
Subway
McDonalds

Runza coming soon - Yay!

Two of the gas stations have a snack bar with pizza slices and pre cooked stuff. I think the main bar in town "Sylvester's" does some hamburgers and things too.

Thats it in the entire town.

Not one Mexican restaurant, but thats ok with me because Mexican food is nasty stuff (at least in this reporter's opinion).

Hmm....now I wonder if they are really styrophome? Just in case I think I will start burning them. idea.gif

Actually you are talking to the guy that saves all of his scratch paper, cuts them in half and makes note pads out of them. smile.gif
