Well, I believe it is finally Friday. It has been a rough and tumbly kind of week here. The majority of tax season has come to a close around here. We still need to file some local returns and a few state that are on extensions.
The weather has been pretty nice this week (even though I have been stuck in a cube). It is supposed to be even better today through the weekend. I can 't wait to get out and enjoy it. I hope everyone has good weather and has time to get out and enjoy it.
Hockey playoffs - gotta love it. Go Flyers!
Baseball season - getting into full swing. Go Phillies!
Carry on.

Alright guys. I just let Web know so I need to let the rest of you know that there is a potential great apartment in my future. My fishies are welcome without a pet fee. The complex has a lot of perks! We need to look into some storage solutions since we are losing a garage. Then all that stands in our way is our credit. I'm hoping they will look past that and focus on our rental payment history. We haven't turned in apps yet but we probably will. So please send some good vibes our way!

It's Friday and I don't have to work tonight or this weekend! Yay!
Tomorrow, I'm going to go up and visit my mom and sis and family. We're going to go over to what used to be my grandma's house and is now my uncles and go through some stuff. Then I'm going to help my stepdad pick out a new computer, and we're going to go out to supper. It'll just be me, Brian's going to stay home. I'm kind of looking forward to it, I feel like a long drive alone will be welcome.
Thanks for the help Woo. The Capitals are going down. Ovechkin was acting like Cindy Crybaby Crosby the other night. It is great to see him fustrated. And after all those years I can't believe Fedorov actually left the Wings. The Caps are in trouble tomorrow. That is where their playoffs end. It is an early game, so it kind of puts a crimp in my spending the entire afternoon out and about. Then they can do all the crying in Washington they want. They are being outplayed and don't have as much heart. They were lucky to get into the playoffs and win the division. And more importantly, the Flyers play as a team. The Caps seem to be a one man show. And that one man show isn't showing much right now (thankfully).
Hey Web. How are things in your world?

Web - that is just no good. Provided all your snow has disappeared (and stopped falling), it is a time to enjoy. We can't have a sick Web. Maybe if you spend enough time in the sunshine, the cold will disappear.

Woo, be on top of the game. Go prepared with rent references. Letters are good, phone numbers are too. Just be upfront with them. Tell them the credit issues are from hubbys very ugly divorce, they are more likely to overlook a poor score for that.
Web - no fun yet. The boss was in town until yesterday afternoon. Monday and Tuesday were hectic. Wednesday rolled around and I had to try to get my ducks in a row and try to figure out which way was up. There were meetings to attend and work due on the 21st to be completed. Thursday was better. And today I still have a ton of work to do but I am just plowing through some things. Next week should be much calmer.

generally when a potential rent credit request is just a credit score, they arent a financial institution so they *shouldnt* have a full credit report.

oh I didn't know that! Thanks

Woo, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I don't think you'll have too much trouble with the apartment. I was concerned about my credit too but the credit was more about how much my security deposit was going to be than anything else.
If I had better credit I could have had as little as a $300 deposit, but with my not so good credit I had to pay a full months rent for a deposit.
Web, don't be going and getting sick now! And if you do don't let it be the same cold I have. I'm going on two weeks and it's STILL not gone. Although it's much much better, it's still hanging on.
Ok, off to clean da house some more. Not much left. I'm basically sitting around cleaning stuff and boxing it for the mega-rummage I'll be having in May
Last night was a fun night. I went to an informal company reunion for the company that riggs and I used to work at back in the 1990s. I worked there until early 2001, and many of them people I haven't seen since then. In fact, I switched buildings and departments my last year, so in many cases, its been at least 8 years.
It was kind of sad, because the company finally closed its doors 2 weeks ago. But many of the people had moved on to other jobs as far back as 8 months ago when they announced the closing.
Some were still looking for jobs, others found jobs, but none could argue that their severance didn't totally rock. Most of the people there had worked there between 13-20 yrs. thats a long time.
It was fun to see people tho. Most still seemed exactly the same as I remembered them. You don't see some folks for 8 yrs, and wonder how they're doing, if they aged at all. In most cases everyone still looked the same. maybe a few more wrinkles, new eyeglasses, but that was about it.

Hello finally. Been busy... will be even busier the next couple of weeks, graduation is on May 3rd.
No cavities and E is now signed up for kindergarten :( She has teeball pix at 9, game at 10, haircut at 12:30 and then ballet pix at 2. UGH already!
Good luck Woo, not waiting on your current landlord or just a back up?
Have fun MZ, I would love some alone time. No word on his job interviews?
Hey Fuzzy :)
Web- could it be allergies? I never had them til recently. My doctor is it not rare to develop them late in life. Things are starting to bloom there, or not yet. Either way hope you feel better.

the more we think about it the more we don't know how we can afford to heat the house next winter. Plus we are sure he is gonna raise rent plus this place is just pain and a fire hazard. plus huge yard to mow with high gas prices- If we can get out safely, it would be best to
