Alright, you're all updated.  (Whew!  I've already learned something, the next contest is going to be MUCH less labor intensive for both the listeners AND me!)

11 songs were accepted, but these did not qualify...

Bad Medicine (Bon Jovi)
Tonights the Night (Rod Stewart)
Used to love her (Guns n roses)
Dr. Heckyl and Mr Jive (men at work)
Hangin' Tough (new kids)

All of those songs started with words other than the title.  The GNR song was VERY close, but it starts I used to love her and the song title is simply Used To Love Her, a technicality, but a word is a word, even if it's only a letter

If you're gonna play texas by alabama never charted on the Hot 100 (probably was a country hit, but never made the crossover).

Whew!

I need sleep!  See you all in the morning!

Holding Back The Years by Simply Red  (ALREADY CALLED)

For Once In My Life by Stevie Wonder  (1968 SONG)

(I'M CHECKING THE REST, BUT INITALLY I THING THEY'RE OK)

Somechick is tearing it up.  I think I'm done.  I'm better at the name that song game.  I can't think of any more and my brain hurts.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.  I won't be around the boards again after tomorrow until Jan. 3rd.  Vacation!  Woo hoo!  Can't wait.  I feel like I'm here, but I'm not.  Ya know!  Have a safe one, all.
