Once again a big part of the problem is the rapid economic growth of China and their out of control population.
I know this will NEVER happen. Once you've opened the flood gates you can't get the water back in. But it seems to me the USA would be in a much better position if it worried about itself and no one else.
All this trade between countries is nonsense.
I wish we'd go back to a time when we used American goods and ate food from strictly American farms.
I'd rather have to pay more for my DVD Players than my bread :sad:
Of course, in order to ever be self-sufficient we'd have to finally get serious about an alternate fuel.
