Hey.

Happy Monday.

I'm going to hang around here at the house for a bit and wait for the clinic to open and call them. My fever is back up to 101 now. I'll call and let them know what caused it and see if I should go in and get some antibiotics.

My roofers are supposed to start on the shop today. He said they would be there around 9:30 but we've got some showers in the area so I don't know if that will change the plan or not. I'm sure they are smart enough to not open it up if it looks like its going to rain.

Hello all

Web get better soon! No one should ever get that sick! cry

Well I still have a soggy apt. Yesterday my husband was ready to break our lease and look across the street for an apt. He got treated like he was stupid again when he went up to the office to find out what was going on since the floor was still wet and the celling was still dripping. There had been no communication other than the guy poking holes in the ceiling to drain the water and it was mentioned about getting a carpet guy out. The office called back and said" He told you yesterday that a carpet guy was coming out Monday" SO then he preceded to argue. My husband then started to write all our issues down that we have had in case it goes very badly. Maintenance guy shows up a bit later and says" oh it shouldn't still be dripping, I'll go up and check" So we're not stupid? He then said that a carpet guy would be out Monday. He put a big blower fan upstairs to help dry it because the base of their water heater still had some water in it which is probably what was still dripping. I think it stopped dripping when I checked this morning.
My ex-brother-in-law came over last night and drank some beers with us. This helped my husband calm down. So hopefully this will be the last of the problems and we can move on.

Good morning all! Web, I hope you're on the mend soon! Woo, sorry to hear about the continued problems with the new apartment. cry

Today is very quiet overall in the office. It's the first day of two weeks in which the job cuts will happen. It just plain sucks, but I think we're all trying to stay positive and keep busy to take our minds off it. Other than that, it's a sunny beautiful morning! Have a great day!

There was a band out of Manchester England called The Happy Mondays, but I think they were all on a bunch of pills.

Not really - these are cuts and not layoffs. Nothing is impossible but calling back staff is not part of their intent.
