MOVIE REVIEW: The Bucket List

I've been looking forward to this one hitting video ever since it was in the theaters and it didn't disappoint.

For my money it just doesn't get any better than watching actors like Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicolson, both are just great, great actors.

Hard subject matter to watch, since for the past four or five years cancer has really been on my mind.  But a great movie none the less.

Has anyone else seen it?  Any thoughts?

Saw it on the way back from Paris (in flight)
It was a nice movie. Jack seems to be doing movies about being an old guy facing death.
"somethings gotta give" comes to mind.

3 out of 5 stars. Just because I got some good out loud yucks.

The scenes in the plane were funny, before they jumped.

I didn't see SOMETHINGS GOTTA GIVE. I was thinking during the movie though that for a guy his age these types of movies have to kind of be creepy to act in.

I haven't seen it yet, but I definitely want to.  I love both those actors and I think together they would be terrific!  Looking forward to picking it up soon.  smile

saw this last night. I thought it was quite good. I think I like the lesson that when faced with death, we realize the walls that have held us are within us.

I've seen Bucket List a couple times. I think it's a really good movie.... interesting way to tell that story.

Since this was first posted, I've seen it a couple of times too.  I really liked it.  It made me think of all the things I want to do before I kick off.

I loved the movie. In the beginning it made me a little sad, because it made me think of my great grandpa's last days. But I thought the underlying concepts were beuatiful, profound, and inspiring. There's a lot left to do on my bucket list, and there's no time like the present.
