How time flies!!- it just occured to me that we've known eachother for a decade. OMG. Who would've thought 10 yrs later we'd have this hobby in common??? Here's to at least another 10, buddy!

Wow, ten years already huh?


I'll ALWAYS remember the first day I ran into you at that Postal Conference we were both attending.


I had no idea who you were, you were working in a different building for our company.  I was just looking forward to the conference because I knew I could slip out halfway through and no one would know :)


But you came in and my friend you looked like HELL FROZEN OVER!  Five o'clock shadow at 11 AM, you looked as if you hadn't slept in well over 24 hours, I assumed your were winding down a bender

I was back then sir, rest assured I was. Lets just say that one of the best laws that was enacted in wisconsin back then was that grocery stores could no longer sell alchohol until midnight. That law probably saved my life from the spontaneous benders I would have gone on due to job stress back then, 2nd shift.

LOL,


The only time I've seen you look even remotely like that again has been when you've come in to do your shows after having been at Summerfest the night before (and likely the DAY OF).


Oh, and that one time you had your cousins wedding, whew, you were looking rough that day too.


Hmmm,


I'm starting to think the studio needs a real webcam in it

Know what I remember from that conference??? THE FOOD!! The little Italian Lady serving lasagna (which to this day was the best I ever had). She said "you look like you should have two, have two, you're too skinny, what don't you like to eat!? your mom would want you to have two, here- here's two...."

As I usually do Jazz 101 with the lights off (ala the great tradition of Venus Flytrap from WKRP in Cincinati), I doubt the webcam would show anything worth watching!
