VH1's Bands Reunited

What band would you most like to see on VH1's Bands Reunited?

I really REALLY wanted the complete English Beat to get back together. That would have been GREAT!!

DEVO would be fun too...although maybe they never actually broke up? Maybe they do Ramada Inn gigs by now?

Pink Floyd.  Being a younger member of the forum, I missed out on the heyday of seeing and hearing them.  All I have are my cds.

For me I'm kind of a sucker for one or two hit wonders. I would like to see Bad English get back together. They were made up of a few different bands like John Waite and a few members of Journey.

Maybe they never broke up, but I would like to see Loverboy gum out a few more songs.

OOOOOPH~ Loverboy is still around and still touring. Not sure if all the original members are involved, but I caught the tail end of their show last summer down at Summerfest. YYYYEEEEKK. The lead singer must be 400 pds now. Same headband look...They did a Beatles medley too that was downright tragic!

My dream already came true this October when all original 5 members of Duran Duran reunited and came out with a new album.    I know they never really broke up, but having all 5 back together was something I had thought would never happen.

Non-Duran Duran...I would have to say Go West.  I really liked their music.  They had some really good songs and "King of Wishful Thinking" is one of my all time favorites.  I think the world could stand some more of the Jets, too.  I know my groups are megastars, but I do have a thing for the underdogs.

Excellent topic Sparky!

Diving right in and starting your own threads, I like it!

I'm happy to say both of the groups that would have topped my list already were featured on Bands reuinited.  Berlin and Scandal both got back together and did a show.

The only other band that comes to mind has never broken up (Huey Lewis & the News) so there's no need for them to do it.

BUT, I think I have the ULTIMATE answer, and one that would send a lot of FANS through the roof.  It would also get VH1 more exposure than they've ever had for their show.

VAN HALEN with David Lee Roth

The fans are still dreaming of this happening one day, but it's not very likely, cus Eddie & David really really just don't get along (witness their short reunion for the MTV Video Awards & Greatest Hits CD).

One band I would love to have seen reunite is "Queen".  Obviously, that won't happen...but, it would've been cool. I wouldn't mind seeing "The Outfield" or "CCR".

Another good one be Winger, except I Think Kip Winger is somewhat reclusive living in the hills somewhere.

Riggs I hear you on the Roth era Van Halen. I would have paid primo dollar to see that. But at this point I think both Eddie and Roth would be a parady of themselves, like puppets on a string dancing for the million dollars. Man I loved VH in high school. that was pretty much all I listened to.

I think of all the great songs on the 1984 album that still sound great today. It makes it seem as if 1984 isn't as far away as it really is. 21 yrs since "Jump" "Panama" "Hot for Teacher" and "I'll Wait" were out. OMFG!!!!

Good one!  I would love to see The Outfield back together.  I would also like to see Survivor back together, but one of their guys is busy doing the "Real Men of Genius" for Budweiser, so I don't know if that would happen or not.  It would be a great listen, though.

OK as the Very much exception on the Forum ( still waiting for Garth Brooks to break up with Trisha and take me instead)

I would love to see ABBA reunite. Although all have been approached and even offered 1,000,000 a piece to reunite all but one said no and it is either all or none. ( Agnetha being the exception )

2 of my fav bands made it on the show but did not follow through with the gig. They said they would do it but did not show up. Information Society and KLYMAXX.

Vixen made it on there and I was in heaven.

I wonder if they cancelled the show because they couldn't get anyone to reunite??
