We did...he is more of a melodic player....he needs to find the percussive side of the instrument more.

Yeah, I'm fine. I was a little punky today for some reason, but overall I'm fine. Finally getting over being sore from the roofing project. The roof looks nice though. I wish it would rain so I can laugh at the rain as it sheds off the eaves.

Tonight would be fine.

We're under a chance of rain all week so I hope we get something. I finally had to start dragging hoses around the yard last week.

I'm still not very good, but that doesn't keep me from enjoying it any less.

I never did get the Gary Willis video, but I bought a DVD series called "Groovin' for Heaven" by Norm Stockton. He is the bass player for Christian artist Lincoln Brewster. I've been through them all once but need to now go through them again and absorb the info deeper.
