I KNoW THIS ONE PERSON WHO...

YEA NOW HERE'S A TOPIC!

Tell us about the strange people around you or who you once knew! Of course, first names only, if even that!

I'll start!

I knew this girl Beth and one day in 1989 we were riding in her car, and the news came on that "The Cars" broke up. She started crying! She was like 19 yrs old too. She had to pull over, and I had to drive whereever we were going. I didn't hang out with Beth very often after that. I was scared of her.

I worked years ago with this one lady named Candi. She was as funny as could be, but very strange. Her family is NUTS! It was nothing for her to come in and go "yea the swat team came last night and took my husband away again." She wasn't lying. OR "we all went camping and the kids started fighting and the tent caught on fire, and then some nuns came over and started praying for us." She had a homemade Aerosmith tatoo on her arm.

I knew this woman named Connie who was DEPRESSED for a long time because the Blues traded Brett Hull to Dallas.  I mean, the woman was crying, upset, livid, because they traded him.  I love hockey, but get a clue.  I used to know all of Chris Pronger's stats until one day my cousin asked me if I was stalking him.  'nuff said, pull back on the hero worship (this does not apply to Duran Duran).

Great topic, by the way, JD.  Let's see how many other people have nuts living close to their tree.

thanks for replying to this one trish. I checked back a couple of times yesterday and no one said anything, I got scared that maybe it was an innapropriate or off-color topic, to rat out the people with oddities or "problems" that you've encountered. then I thought- naaaaaah!!!
